Whole duck foie gras (Foie gras de canard entier) “mi-cuit” with summer black truffle. With 10% truffle, we provide you with an exceptional strong flavor compared to the minimum quantities required by French law (3%). Finished with a seasoning of Hua Hin sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Tasting note: The rich taste will exceed expectations and will be enjoyed by both foie gras and truffle lovers alike.
Tasting suggestions: Remove from fridge and keep at room temperature (20°C to 25°C) for 5 min before tasting. Best served on fresh or toasted artisanal bread. Do not spread. Season to taste with freshly ground sea salt & black pepper. Wine: fruity white or medium bodied red
