  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

How to cook:

  • On a high heat, add a bit of olive oil.
  • Add the Thai Wagyu steak and leave for 90 seconds then flip and leave for another 90 seconds
  • Remove from pan and let it rest for 3 mins. 
  • Slice and serve on top of boiled rice, add to salads, dip in sauce or enjoy on its own!
