Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver (all goods including fresh and frozen goods) to:
Bangkok including Nichada Thani (6 days per week).
A selection of over 350 of our products delivered NATIONWIDE via our PassionBox service.
Is there a minimum order value?
For Bangkok there is a minimum order of 1000 baht (excluding the delivery charge).
For our nationwide PassionBox service there is a 3,000 baht minimum order value (excluding the delivery charge).
How do I choose my delivery slot?
Before placing your order there will be a box where you can leave notes about your order. If you require a specific delivery period please tell us in this box. We will call you after you place your order to confirm the delivery day and period.
How do I check out?
Your shopping basket is always visible on the top right hand side of the screen while you are shopping. When you are ready, simply click on "Check out" and you will be guided through the simple process.
How do I set up an account?
Which forms of payment do you accept?
For Bangkok deliveries we accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD) or PayPal (+5% PayPal fee).
For PassionBox nationwide delivery we accept COD or PayPay only.

On the subject line make sure you write your ORDER NUMBER.
When will I get my order?
It depends on where you are located. See below for delivery areas and delivery schedules.
After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule for your order.
- Most Bangkok orders will be delivered within 48 hours.
- This is because many of our goods are made or prepared to order just for you.
- For example, if you place your order by midday Monday, we aim to deliver it on Wednesday.
- Depending on what items you order we may be able to deliver them faster. We will advise you after you place your order if an earlier delivery option is available.
- Please note some items such as sliced rye bread is not available everyday. We will do our best to deliver every order as fast as possible.
Orders can be delivered during either our:
- Morning period which is between 10am to 2pm, or
- Afternoon period which is between 2pm to 6pm.
We currently deliver Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed with our nationwide PassionBox service will be received within 2-3 days.
How do I change my delivery slot?
If your order includes bread, premium meat cuts or diary products, delivery slots can be changed up to 24 hours before the order is due to be delivered. You cannot change the delivery slot after this period as the goods have been made or prepared to order just for you.
For all other orders the delivery slot can be changed by 9:30am on the day of delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Within Bangkok our delivery charges start from just 90 baht and generally covers the below central Bangkok areas:
Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Bang Na, On Nut, Chit Lom / Wireless Road, Rama 4.
As a general guide we charge the following for delivery to these other areas:
Ladprao - 160 baht
Ari - 170
Krung Thonburi - 180 baht
Don Muang - 250 baht
Nichada Thani - 250 baht (scheduled delivery only)
If you do not see your Bangkok area listed, we can still deliver for an extra charge, please contact us. The delivery charge will vary depending on the distance travelled (see below).
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY via PassionBox:
We try hard to keep our delivery charges down and only charge what it costs us to send. Please read carefully our nationwide delivery charges and options:
PassionBox (contents dry goods only) = 190 baht.
This includes the cardboard box, packing materials, sending the package to the logistics depot, and the logistics company delivery fee.
PassionBox (contents including frozen goods or a mix of dry and frozen) with a value of 7000 THB or less = 390 THB.
PassionBox (contents including frozen goods or a mix of dry and frozen) with a value of 7001 – 10000 THB = 190 THB.
PassionBox (contents including frozen goods or a mix of dry and frozen) with a value of 10001 THB or more = FREE DELIVERY.
This includes the foam box, dry ice, cardboard box, packing materials, sending the package to the logistics depot, and the logistics company delivery fee.
Remember, you could also combine orders with friends or family so you can all share the delivery charge costs or qualify for free delivery!

Do I need to be present to accept my delivery?
As many of the goods we deliver are frozen or chilled, we strongly recommend that you or another person be present at the delivery address to accept your delivery. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any theft, tampering, contamination or deterioration of unattended deliveries.
What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?
We will call you before our delivery driver leaves to deliver your order to make sure you or someone will be in the receive the delivery. Please ensure you are contactable on the day of your delivery so we can make these vital checks.
Where can I find my order details?
Once you have logged in with your email address and password you can see all your order and account details on the "My account" page. Select "View all orders" and click to view the order you want to see.
How do I make changes to my order?
Orders can be changed up to 24 hours before delivery. Simply go to the "My Account" page, select "View All Orders" and click to view the order you wish to edit. Select "Edit" and you will be able to add or remove items to your basket. You will be redirected through checkout again after you have made any changes. Only one payment will be taken from your account, once your order has been packed on the day of your delivery.
What happens if I need to cancel my order after the deadline?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order after the deadline has passed. As your order is prepared especially for you and the delivery slot reserved, there will be a cancellation charge of 100%.
How can I get a refund for damaged or missing items?
All the shops do their very best to make sure there aren't damaged or missing items in your order but occasionally things may slip through the net. Please check your order when you receive your delivery and let us know as soon as possible if any items are damaged or missing. We will either refund you for the missing or damaged items or replace those items. You can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your delivery from the "My Account" page. We will investigate the issue and confirm to you whether your request has been successful.
Why does the final price of my order differ from the guide price at the time of ordering?
The final price you pay is the price charged when your order is packed up for you by each shop on the day your order is delivered. The average prices shown on the website are for guidance only. The price you pay may vary significantly because:
- The prices of some products may change between when you place your order and when it is delivered.
- The price of items sold by weight (for example, some meat, cheese or fish) will depend on the exact weight of that product when it is weighed for you.
- We may need to substitute any items that are not available at the time your order is packed.
How will my order be packed?
All of the items in your order will be packed into bags (where applicable) and your order will be handed to you in our Passion Delivery brown paper bag. We keep the products cool in our specially imported German insulated cool boxes which mean you receive your products in perfect condition.
How do I change my account details?
Simply log in with your email address and password and click on the "My account" tab. Here, you can change or add any details.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes. You will be prompted to do this if you wish during the checkout process. Otherwise you can do this on the "My Account" page. Please note you will not be able to receive a delivery outside of our delivery area.
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgotten your password?" in the Sign In box and it will be emailed to the email address you registered with us to create an account.
