Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver to almost everywhere in Thailand. 

Within Bangkok and surrounding areas (including Nichada Thani), orders will be delivered by our delivery drivers.

Nationwide deliveries are sent by 3rd party logistics company via our PassionBox service.


When will I get my order?
It depends on which items you order and where you are located. See below for the delivery areas and schedules. After you place your order, one of the team will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule for your order. Please note that we deliver Monday to Saturday.

For Bangkok.

  • Most Bangkok orders can be delivered within 24 - 48 hours.  
  • The 24 hour lead time is for orders that contain products we currently have in stock.
  • The 48 hour lead time is because some of our products are specifically made and prepared by the vendor just for your order. 
  • A longer lead time would be because some of the items are only delivered to us on a bi weekly schedule. It will say on the product collection if this is delivered to us on a schedule. If you are unsure about the schedule you can call us and we can advise you.
  • We will contact you after you place your order to confirm the delivery details.

Customers can choose from two delivery slots:

The morning period which is between 10am to 2pm. 
The afternoon period which is between 2pm to 6pm.


For Nationwide Delivery
PassionBox orders are normally sent out 24 hours after receiving proof of payment (bank transfer or Paypal only). Please click this link for more details on our PassionBox delivery service.


How much does delivery cost?

For Bangkok.

Our delivery charges start from just 90 baht and generally covers the following areas:

Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Bang Na, On Nut, Chit Lom / Wireless Road, Rama 4.

As a general guide we charge the following for delivery to these other areas:

Ladprao 160 Baht
Ari 170 Baht
Krung Thonburi 180 Baht
Don Muang 250 Baht
Nichada Thani 290 Baht 

If you don’t see your Bangkok area listed we can still deliver for an extra charge. Please send an email to and we will confirm the delivery charge with you. The delivery charge will vary depending on the distance travelled.


For Nationwide Delivery
We try hard to keep our delivery charges down and only charge what it costs us to send. Please see below for more details our nationwide delivery charges and options: 


PassionBox (dry goods only, includes craft beer deals) 150 Baht

PassionBox with a value of 7,000 THB or less 390 Baht

PassionBox with a value of 7,001 – 10,000 THB 190 Baht

PassionBox with a value of 10,001 THB or more FREE DELIVERY

This includes the foam box, dry ice (frozen goods only), cardboard box, packing materials, sending the box to the logistics depot and the logistics company delivery fee.

Remember, you can combine orders with friends or family so that you all share the delivery charge costs or qualify for free delivery!


Is there a minimum order value?
For Bangkok there is a minimum order of 1,000 Baht (excluding the delivery charge).

For our nationwide PassionBox service there is a 3,000 Baht minimum order value (excluding the delivery charge). 


Which forms of payment do you accept?

For Bangkok deliveries we accept cash on delivery, bank transfer or PayPal (+5% handling fee).

For PassionBox nationwide delivery we accept Bank Transfer or PayPay only.

For bank transfers please make the transfer on the same day as the order is placed. This is to avoid any delays in shipping your order.
