Heath Farm is a small artisan cheese maker who cares about quality. With a small dedicated team making small batches of cheese, they focus on producing the best cheese possible.
All our cheeses are carefully nurtured through the ageing process until they’re ready to be sold. We check each individual wheel before it goes out. We’re patient – if a cheese isn’t ready, we don’t send it.
We don’t use powders, emulsifiers or preservatives – just locally sourced organic milk, culture and rennet.
