To keep our turkeys juicy and flavourful they are pre-brined before being roasted.
6kg approx (final price depends on weight, 690 baht/kg).
Thaw in refrigerator for at least 48 hours or until fully thawed. Once thawed do not refreeze. Use within 5 days of thawing.
Oven - place in a pan with a little water (50-100ml). Cover with foil (if you like you can add a few rashes of streaky bacon over the top of the turkey before covering with foil). Reheat at 175 degrees C for approximately 15 mins per kg (for a 6kg turkey this would be 90 mins). To crisp up the skin remove the foil for the last 25 mins.
Microwave - Slice meat, place in a dish and cover. Microwave for 7-10 mins on medium. Adjust according to the number of slices.
Note: Appliance temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly.
Storage: Store in a freezer at between minus 18 to 35 degrees Celsius.
