Man oh man, I'm writing this review after just finishing my burger 5 minutes ago. This beef is perfect to make burgers with. The beef has such a good texture and is so juicy. I cooked it medium seasoned with only salt and pepper, topped with lettuce, tomato and onions in a good bun.

Best ground beef in Bangkok
First off, the package was labeled chuck, which got me completely excited. I don't think I've ever seen anything labeled chuck here. Haha, what a food nerd. Anyway, this meat has a really nice fat content, seriously best I've ever found in a pre-packaged ground beef over here. Guessing it's probably less than 20% but more than 15% fat. Not at all dry or chewy or gristly, and not even the slightest hint of gaminess, whatsoever. We had this first batch in the form of double-double sliders cooked to medium doneness so we I could get a clear sense of the texture, fattiness and flavor. They were SSOOO good! This product will definitely be in our regular rotation.
