How to cook:
Wrap in aluminium foil, add a small amount of water then seal.
Cook for an hour on 160 degrees. Add some cider vinegar (optional) and leave the top open. Cook for another 20 mins until meat is tender.
BBQ for 5 mins on each side until cooked through.
