The MAC bread knife (220mm) has established itself as the standard against which all other bread knives are measured. The scalloped edges come sharp from the factory and MAC’s molybdenum vanadium steel holds that edge extremely well.
The thinness of the knife reduces resistance in the cut improving performance. The handle is ergonomically upswept to provide knuckle clearance and is made of durable, water resistant pakka wood scales.
