There are 3 different recipes on the pack – make a delicious custard tart, vanilla slice and pouring custard. Use our Premium Biscuit Mix to make the tart shells for the custard tart; or our Swiss/Sponge Roll Mix to make sponge sheets for a scrumptious vanilla slice. The pouring custard is truly versatile, and you can add a dash of brandy to make a perfect accompaniment for your Christmas pudding.
