Mille Stelle is a small artisan cheese maker inspired by the master cheese makers of Puglia in southern Italy.
Our mozzarella cheese is made with passion and our core product is not only ‘Burrata’ but all types of mozzarella that are crafted and shaped by hand at a temperature of 90 degrees.
Burrata is considered the King of cheeses, created over 100 years ago in Puglia. It starts out much like mozzarella and many other cheeses , however when making burrata, the still-hot cheese is formed into a pouch, which is then filled with scraps of leftover mozzarella and topped off with fresh cream before closing.

Alex is an Italian who was born and grew up in Puglia. June is the first ever Thai cheesemaker who is not only very talented but also loves Italian food.
Alex and June created this family business to promote cheese and the food culture of the unique Italian region of Puglia.
