BELOW ELEVEN was first whipped up as the dream of French entrepreneur Hervé Mouly, a long-time Bangkok resident, who simply wanted the best ice cream for his two young daughters.

From his earliest age in France’s Bordeaux region, his grandmother spoiled him with slow-cooked meals and the most delicious desserts made from scratch, using the freshest natural ingredients.

What started as a not-so-simple search to recreate his grandmother’s homemade ice cream has now turned into a talk-of-the town business, BELOW ELEVEN.
